In May 2017 we have finished our installation works in Common Service Center of ABB Sp. z o.o. in new office block AXIS in Krakow, Przy Rondzie 4. We have installed structured cabling in Commscope Systimax® technology – iPatch (floors 104-108) and iPatch Ready (floors 101-103).

AXIS is a new office building in Krakow, located on Przy Rondzie 4 Street. SKANSKA S.A. was a General Contractor of the investment – and we have executed our works as its subcontractor. We have implemented a structured cabling installation on 8 floors of the office block (overall surface area of 17 000 sq. meters).
Structured cabling - scope of installation works
The detailed scope of our works was as follows:
- installation of cat. 6 (Class E) UTP structured cabling
- implementation of switch ports mapping (Harness link)
- implementation of the optical fiber backbone LazrSpeed 300 (OM3) cabling
- delivery of the copper and fiber patchcords
- delivery and installation of 47U 800x800 ABB rack cabinets along with accessories
- implementation of structured cabling firestop passages in firebreak divisions and acoustic passages in office rooms
- as-built documentation along with the logical measurements and installation certificates
The whole installation has been certified by Commscope with 25 year warranty.
