We would like to inform you that as a result of the transformation, the company's existing Tax Identification Number, REGON number and bank accounts have remained unchanged.

The change of legal form does not affect the continuation of the business and the validity of previously signedcontracts. All liabilities, rights and obligations of the general partnership were transferred to the new company, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (Kodeks Spółek Handlowych).
