The thing that distinguishes imVision-iPatch from the other substitute systems is the feature allowing end-client to use standard patchcords in the IT racks. Other producers offer structured cabling management systems which base on the dedicated patchcords and patch panels, which are equipped with the special elements – diodes, sensors, etc. However such solutions are much more expensive than standard patchcords.

In addition to the standard web interface it is possible to send notifications via e-mail, SMS or pop-up. The equipment also allows to integrate with NMS systems (eg.
